Minton Lawyers is a partnership established in Shanghai in 2012 under the Law of the People's Republic of China on Lawyers, and is a member of the All China Lawyers Association and the Shanghai Bar Association.
Over the past fifteen years, from our base in the Lujiazui financial district, Minton has grown steadily into a modern, full-service firm with a strong international practice. Our work spans 39 practice areas, including civil and commercial dispute resolution, criminal defence, real estate and construction, overseas listings, outbound investment, domestic listings, corporate mergers and acquisitions, offshore company formation, private funds and intellectual property.
The firm currently has 66 practising lawyers, including 8 senior partners and 13 partners. Most of our lawyers have been in practice for more than ten years.

In 2021 Minton sponsored and hosted the “Minton Cup” table tennis tournament of the Shanghai Bar Association, and finished as runners-up.
