Minton lawyers attend the opening of Greenland's GKER global maker platform
On 27 April 2017 Shen Mo, director of Minton Law Firm, and Lü Jiabin attended the opening ceremony of Greenland's GKER global maker platform, together with Mr Rick Klink and Ms Claire Li of the Australian securities firm OpenMarkets. There they talked with domestic and foreign investors and companies about corporate finance, outbound investment, industrial cooperation, and how good legal services may be provided to enterprises. During the session Shen Mo introduced Australia's capital market and its exchanges, and set out in detail the listing process and conditions there, the points to watch in corporate finance, and other practical aspects of investment and listing law.
