Minton lawyers attend the opening ceremony of Greenland's GKER global maker platform
On 27 April 2017 Shen Mo, director of Minton Law Firm, and Lü Jiabin attended the opening ceremony of Greenland's GKER global maker platform together with Mr Rick Klink and Ms Claire Li of the Australian securities firm OpenMarkets. There they exchanged views with domestic and foreign investors and enterprises on corporate finance, outbound investment, industrial cooperation, and how good legal services may be provided to enterprises. During the session Shen Mo introduced Australia's capital market and its local stock exchanges, and explained in detail the listing process and conditions there and the points to watch in corporate finance.
