On 23 December 2024, Wang Haohan, director of the Changning District Legal Aid Centre, and three colleagues visited Minton Law Firm to conduct a review and hold discussions.
The centre examined the firm's handling of calls to the 12348 legal hotline, focusing on the quality and efficiency of the answers given, and checked and assessed the quality of the case files on its legal aid matters. It also praised the firm's contribution to legal aid work in 2023 and 2024, noting that its lawyers had accepted assignments readily and served those they represented with professionalism, drawing on solid legal knowledge and practical experience, and that they had improved the quality of their service in line with the Service Standards for the 12348 Public Legal Service Hotline, protecting the rights of those they represented and supporting fairness and justice. The centre expressed the hope that the firm would continue to support legal aid work, further improve the quality and efficiency of its service, and help more people.

The centre also asked the firm's lawyers for suggestions on its own work, and heard how the firm and its Party branch had organised lawyers, set up a legal aid team and worked in local communities on public-interest legal services. While acknowledging the firm's public-interest work, the centre asked for more in the way of activity summaries and case reviews, so as to raise the quality and efficiency of legal aid.
The visit strengthened cooperation and exchange between the centre and the firm, and gave the firm useful suggestions for improving the quality and efficiency of its legal aid work. Both sides said they would continue to work together to develop legal aid in Changning District, provide good legal services for those who need them and uphold fairness and justice.
